Registered acupuncturist • bachelor of arts with honours dual degrees

Bio

Kait Kiddey is a registered acupuncturist who graduated with praise from Pacific Rim College in 2025. She believes in providing compassionate, patient-centered care that meets each person where they’re at. She has over 500 hours of clinical experience with additional studies in supportive care during pregnancy and postpartum.

A life-long learner, her fascination in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine originally stemmed from a career as a Shiatsu Massage Therapist. Another holistic style of treatment, Shiatsu follows the same meridians and pathways that acupuncture does. When studying meridian theory, the depth and history of Chinese medicine captured her interest and she knew that this was the path for her.

Kait sought and found healing with acupuncture to alleviate her dysregulated menstrual cycles and now she wants to help others find relief, too. Her main areas of interest are hormonal balancing, fertility, pregnancy support, menstrual irregularities, and digestive support but this list is not exhaustive! One of her favourite things about Chinese Medicine is the endless opportunities for learning and growth as a practitioner.

During treatment, Kait invites you to slow down and settle in. She utilizes a variety of modalities, including acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, tui na, qi gong, and shi liao. Her passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine shines through in every treatment she tailors for you. Her ultimate treatment goal is to provide an informative space for all individuals to feel welcome, and she ensures that you will be met with grace, compassion, and kindness. Kait is committed to creating an inclusive space where care is accessible and safe for all of us.

Outside of the clinic, Kait is equal parts explorer and homebody. She loves foraging in our forests and beaches followed by creating nourishing meals in her cozy space.

kaits’s approach to care

My approach to care is centered on connection:

connection between us as patient and practitioner, connection within the community, and the reconnection the patient can find within themselves. I find that our ability to connect is the first step to finding regulation and balance.
