Initial Assessment

In our first initial consultation together we will discuss where you are seeking nutritional support, your dietary concerns, preferences, or requirements. This is our opportunity to review your daily and weekly diet, lifestyle, and work together to build approachable intentions that are sustainable and manageable for you. You will receive a treatment plan with an overview of the recommended nutritional therapeutics that are tailored and custom to you, to begin with and build upon in our follow up sessions. This will additionally include recipes, meal prep + cooking tips, and wellness hand outs as requested.


Labour & Delivery Consultation

These appointments are for anyone who is looking for nutrition support in preparation for labor & delivery and postpartum.

What to expect

In this appointment we will spend 90 minutes together going through important outlines for:

  • building your reserves

  • tips for dense protein snacks hydration + urinary frequency, milk production, reducing abdominal pressure,

  • energetics of foods for postpartum care.

Nourish Postpartum Package

Focusing on rest, recovery, replenishment, and building nourishment at any stage postpartum but ideally once a month.

  • 1x 60 min postpartum consultation

  • 3x 60 minute follow ups check ins between appointments

  • recipes to support recovery, replenishment, & rest
