One hour Sound Bath + acupuncture in a community setting.
What to expect:
Zero gravity chairs are offered, along with blankets and eye mask for ultimate comfort
Please wear comfortable clothing, loose pants and shirts / sweaters.
Full 60 min with sound therapy. Often 2 – 4 acupuncture points chosen depending on the time of year.
Moxa is often used, which is a warming herb that is lite on fire and then hoovers above certain acupuncture points. It does create some smoke and the client will feel some warmth.
Acu pressure (light touch) on certain areas of the scalp are often pressed during the sound bath for added relaxation.
