Prenatal & Pregnancy Acupuncture

Pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal recovery are viewed as essential to and as a window of opportunity to enhance a woman’s well being and health. Therefore if proper care is not taken the resulting problems may affect a woman for her whole life.

Cervical Ripening Treatment

A special series of acupuncture treatments that help to prepare the body for labour. Starting at 36 weeks you will receive a series of points that help to ripen the cervix, calm the mind, strengthen the body and ease common complaints like heartburn, body aches, swelling and more.

Each session is 45 mins long and $110

Postpartum Acupuncture

In Postpartum, Acupuncture can safely support:

Mother Warming Postpartum Treatment

  • Warming of the womb space using moxabustion

  • Acupuncture based on constitution and needs

Mother roasting can begin within four days of giving birth. Each session is 1.5 hours and is usually offered three to four times in your home.

Weaving together Shamanic Healing and Acupuncture to support you in finding the deepest healing available to you in this moment. With the assistance of needles, feathers, songs and plant medicines we will join together to release what no longer serves, bring balance back to your body, mind and spirit and ground you in your deepest truth.
